I am adding this blog entry to help people get some answers about KisMac. I am getting several emails a week, sometimes asking the same questions. While I do my best to answer each email, it is starting to be time consuming.

I have been asked a couple of times how to download and compile KisMAC from SVN, so I have put together a HowTo. In the HowTo I have detailed instructions on how to download KisMAC via SVN to get the most recent version and compiling it. You may want to compile it so you can run it natively on your Intel mac, or you may just want the latest cutting edge version. Grab it from here.
I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro so I have been able to compile KisMAC natively on Intel. I grabed the source code via SVN and compiled KisMAC release 115 on both the Intel and PPC platforms and made the binaries available for download.

Stefan Esser discoverd a severe security issue in KisMACs parser for Cisco SSID Lists. Please install KisMAC version 73p as soon as possible. The problem is also solved in developer version 113.Unaffected are users, that use a version older than R54.
I will be downloading and compiling the latest release when I get a chance.
After a massive couple of weeks setting up and running an ethical hacking course for the firm, I have managed to find some time to grab the new release of KisMAC. I have compiled KisMAC release 90 from source and made it available for download. Big up to mick the creator of KisMAC.
